John Fox is President and Chief Executive Officer of Innovation Fuels. He has been building businesses and product offerings for the past 15 years, seven years of which have been in US energy industry. Mr. Fox started a renewable energy project development company, Homeland Energy Resources Development, Inc. in 2001, and subsequently its biodiesel division in 2005, which was merged into Innovation Fuels. He led Homeland Energy to an average 50 percent year-over-year revenue growth and managed a team that developed more than $5 million alternative fuel projects. Prior to founding Homeland Energy, Mr. Fox led the business development of a biogas technology company, the financing of an independent oil and gas company, and the product development of a Lucent Technologies company. Since 1991, Mr. Fox has served as General Partner at Renard Properties, a Mid-Atlantic real-estate development and management company. He holds a BA from Syracuse University and an MBA from Columbia Business School and is currently a member of the National Biodiesel Board, American Council on Renewable Energy, Environmental Business Association of New York State, and U.S. Green Building Council. |

Malek Jalal is Chief Operating Officer of Innovation Fuels, currently leading the company’s biodiesel plant operations as well as feedstock and offtake development. He formerly served as CEO of Hampton Biofuels, Inc., an Innovation Fuels project company. As a seasoned global trader with extensive experience in the petrochemical physical delivery market, he has a successful track record of international commercial experience including product sourcing and selling, contract negotiation, and profit and loss responsibility for related product groups. At ICC Chemical Corporation, Mr. Jalal managed a team of 18 office managers, who reported on local and regional market trends, and he developed a worldwide network of petrochemical producers and agents including Dow Chemical, Acetex (Canada), BP Amoco, Sabic (Saudi Arabia), and many other multinationals. Mr. Jalal controlled sales of over $100 million, dominating the spot market for glacial acetic acid globally. He recently ran his own petrochemical commodities trading firm with a focus on gasoline blend-stocks and renewable energies. He holds a BA in business administration from Rochester Institute of Technology. |

Bob Lindenbaum is Chief Marketing Officer of Innovation Fuels. He was most recently Founder and Managing Partner of Eastern BioFuels LLC, a newly acquired project company of Innovation Fuels. While there, he created a market for biodeisel in the Northeast and was a full voting member of the National Biodiesel Board. Mr. Lindenbaum has extensive experience in accounting, refining and process plant operations, supply and distribution, middle and back office operations, project management and system deployment, and trading and risk management operations. Mr. Lindenbaum has full knowledge of tax incentives, mandates, government subsidies, and the USDA CCC program. He has procured feedstock, secured process technology, marketing four million gallons of biodiesel, and maintains a profit of up to 29 percent. Mr. Lindenbaum attended Brooklyn College and the Cornell School of Administration Professional Development Program. |

Joe Dickson is Senior Vice President – Northeast Region of Innovation Fuels. Mr. Dickson has 30 years of business experience in new ventures, business plan execution, organizational management, and operations. He has a background in high tech product design and development, manufacturing, and sales and marketing to commercial and military markets gained while working at GE and other high tech companies. He started and successfully financed two companies in the microelectronics and information technology industries and most recently served as Chief Operating Officer at a biotech and drug discovery company. He has an undergraduate degree in chemistry and an MBA. |

Hardy Sawall is Senior Vice President – Midwest Region of Innovation Fuels. Mr. Sawall founded North American Biodiesel in January of 2006 and served as President until it was merged into Innovation Fuels in February of 2008. He holds a B.S. degree in Environmental Engineering and a M.S. Degree in Geological Engineering from Michigan Technological University. His graduate studies had an emphasis on Environmental Process Engineering, culminating in a thesis on the research and development of thermal remediation system for soil and groundwater. He is also a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Wisconsin. He has six years experience as an environmental engineer with GeoTrans Inc., and Natural Resource Technology, specializing in the design, construction, and monitoring of remediation systems. |
